£27,000 + uncapped commission
I'm recruiting for a phone-based B2B sales role with a growing energy and transport business. This is a target-driven, outbound sales position where you'll manage existing accounts while actively generating additional revenue.
The role
Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across the UK and Europe
Speaking to customers daily - high call volumes expected
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
Closing business over the phone and hitting monthly targets
Supporting new clients through onboarding and product setup
What we're looking for
Proven outbound / telephone sales experience
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
Strong communicator who can handle objections and close
Commercial mindset - spotting and converting opportunities
Package
£26,000 basic
Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40k+)
Clear progression within a growing business
Full training provided
