The Role:
Responsible for delivering responsive maintenance repairs and installations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring both repair and installations requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering a first-class service to our customers. This role will provide a plumbing service for primarily domestic but potentially commercial and industrial buildings, while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
* Working with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to our customers
* Heating fault finding repairs, replacements and servicing
* Perform replacements, servicing, and installation of sanitary ware
* Conduct Legionella testing
* Follow instructions to meet client needs
* Maintain the highest levels of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of relevant site-based or company documentation (electronically or paper-based) as required by the contract
Essential Criteria:
The successful candidate will have:
* A full driving license
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
* Knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
* Time-served or appropriately qualified with demonstrable relevant experience
* A minimum of three years' experience post apprenticeship
Desirable Criteria:
* Gas Safe registration
* A valid CSR card
* Confident, reliable, flexible, and adaptable
* Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Commercial experience
