A vacancy has arisen within the Health Record Services for an enthusiastic Health Records Assistant who wishes to further develop their skills and has previous experience in health records. The successful candidate will assist the team in providing a comprehensive records service to NHS Forth Valley patients and staff.
This busy department requires very good organisational skills and flexibility. The Legal Administration Team works to strict deadlines, mainly focusing on the collation and extraction of relevant patient data for Subject Access requests. Ideally, the candidate will have an understanding of the Subject Access process and experience working with both physical and electronic medical records.
The duties of this role require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
