Job Summary

Enterprise Account Director – responsible for selling AlertMedia’s software platform to large enterprise organizations, focusing on strategic enterprise targets in the Northern European market. Drive net new business, act as a trusted advisor, coordinate with Sales Development Representatives, and partner with marketing to build and nurture a pipeline.


Responsibilities

* Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and its use for strategic, enterprise customers.
* Use a consultative approach to advise prospects on how AlertMedia can help solve their communication challenges; demonstrate key product differentiators.
* Uncover and quantify customer pain points and link them to AlertMedia solutions across stakeholders.
* Conduct high‑volume prospecting and phone outreach for qualified leads using tools such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn.
* Schedule and deliver customized virtual and in‑person meetings and product demonstrations to assigned targets.
* Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to drive additional prospecting.
* Work closely with marketing and sales leadership teams on the sales process, including proposals, legal and security reviews, negotiation, and contract execution.
* Transition closed accounts to Customer Success Managers while pursuing land‑and‑expand opportunities.
* Maintain CRM and other systems for accurate forecasting and insights.


Qualifications

* Minimum 4+ years of technology sales experience, consultative, prospect‑to‑close, in both inside and face‑to‑face settings.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
* Hunter mentality with a relentless prospecting approach and ability to set demos and meetings.
* Negotiated enterprise‑level deals with integrity and value‑add price conversations.
* Curiosity to uncover challenges and opportunities within prospects.
* Energetic, humorous, compassionate, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
* Transparent communication with management about activities.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills; autonomy and collaboration.
* Experience with Salesforce to log tasks and activities.
* Accurate forecasting ability.
* Entrepreneurial, growth mindset – treat the role as your own business.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
* Willingness to travel 10‑20% of the time within territory.
