We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapeutic Care Practitioner to join a small, nurturing therapeutic children’s home supporting children aged 4–10 years. This role is suited to someone who can act as a therapeutic parental figure, offering emotional safety, consistency, and positive role modelling within a trauma-informed, relationship-based setting. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children on a day-to-day basis * Act as a senior role model, supporting and guiding care staff * Support the Registered Manager and Deputy in the running of the home * Promote a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment * Contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance About You: * Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) * Have at least 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care * Demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and emotionally available approach * Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs * A registered driver We Offer: * Competitive salary of £34,000 – £36,000 * Ongoing therapeutic training and development * A supportive, child-centred working environment If you’d like this...
