Job Description: Supported Employment Team Leader (IPS) Location: West Midlands (Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton & Walsall) Contract: Full-time, permanent Reporting to: Service Manager Community-based / Peripatetic About the Role We are seeking a Supported Employment Team Leader to provide strong, visible leadership to a team of Employment Specialists delivering IPS and Supported Employment services across the West Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear accountability for team performance, service quality, employment outcomes, and fidelity to the IPS model. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring services are fully embedded within local health, community, and employment systems. You will play a key role in driving employer engagement, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred employment support that leads to sustained paid work.
