Job Description
Overview:You will be joining a RIBA-chartered Architectural Practice as an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of design projects across all RIBA stages within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop BIM models and technical detailing packages.
* Produce architectural specifications and design documentation.
* Conduct technical audits and manage compliance with building regulations.
* Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Contribute to the development of practice standards and technical strategy.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
* Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, NBS Chorus, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
* Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (RIBA Part 1).
* CIAT registration preferred.
