Teaching Assistant Wanted in Chester!
Location: All areas in and across Chester (CH1 - CH4), including City Centre, Hoole, Upton, Blacon, Huntington, and Saltney.

Requirements:
* Solid experience working with children or young people in settings such as schools, youth clubs, or child care.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teenagers and staff.
* A calm, patient approach when handling challenging situations or complex needs.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
* Provide 1:1 and small group academic support for students aged 11-16.
* Assist class teachers in managing classroom behaviour and student engagement.
* Help deliver pre-planned lesson materials across various secondary subjects.
* Foster a positive, disciplined, and productive learning environment.
* Guide students through Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 curriculum goals.
* Act as a positive role model for teenagers within a mainstream school setting.
* Monitor and report on student attendance and academic participation.
