Salesforce CRM Enterprise Architect (hands on technical)- – UK London area based, 3 months+ initially- Hybrid with l travel to the client London office Office for stakeholder meetings.
Inside IR35, Fully Remote.
Role:
Supporting the end customer account, as an investment collaborating with end client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
Overseeing multiple projects.
Ideally public sector background.
1. CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus
2. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
3. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
4. Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
6. Be the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
7. Thought leadership role in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities Industry. Deliver & support business process innovation workshops.
8. Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
9. Assess customers business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforces solutions
10. Give input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architecture
11. Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platform
12. Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technology
13. Comfortable working with complex business requirements, design, and help configure the desired solution.
14. Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architecture
15. Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, as well as proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks
16. Stay up to date with the latest updates and trends in the industry and Salesforces solutions as well as competitive solutions.
