AI Consultant - Up to £110,000 + bonus + packageAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Consultant to join a growing technology consultancy business delivering next-generation AI solutions into the aviation sector.This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, technical consulting and presales engagement, working directly with airline customers to identify opportunities where AI can modernise legacy systems, automate operational processes and deliver measurable commercial value.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the AI lead within presales and customer-facing engagements across the aviation sectorLeading technical discovery sessions with airline customers to assess AI maturity, operational challenges and transformation opportunitiesDesigning AI and machine learning solutions across areas such as automation, predictive analytics, NLP and generative AIBuilding proof of concepts, prototypes and scalable AI solution architecturesSupporting RFPs, RFIs and technical proposals with clear articulation of AI strategy, tooling and implementation approachesEngaging confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite leadershipRunning workshops, demos, hackathons and knowledge-sharing sessions internally and externallyCollaborating with architects, engineers, data scientists and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutionsDriving AI best practices internally and helping shape the wider AI capability of the businessStaying at the forefront of developments across AI, LLMs, automation tooling and emerging technologiesContributing to thought leadership initiatives and helping position the business as an AI-first consultancyAbout YouRequirementsStrong experience delivering AI, machine learning or advanced analytics projects within consultancy or enterprise environmentsDeep hands-on AI expertise across machine learning, generative AI and modern LLM ecosystemsStrong understanding of the full AI lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through to deployment and optimisationExperience working within customer-facing consulting or presales environmentsStrong Python and SQL skills alongside experience with modern AI frameworks and toolingExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCPExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify highly technical conceptsPassion for AI innovation and a strong interest in how AI can modernise traditional industries and operational environmentsComfortable operating autonomously whilst working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teamsDesirable ExperiencePrevious experience within aviation, airlines or travel technology environmentsExperience with AI automation tooling, prompt engineering and LLM implementationExposure to MLOps and production AI environmentsUnderstanding of responsible AI, governance and compliance considerationsExperience contributing to technical thought leadership, industry events or customer presentationsExposure to digital twin technologies or simulation modelling would be beneficialTPBN1_UKTJ
