* Annual salary of £24,654 (£28,506 FTE)

* Part-time (37 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
* Based in Rochdale

The role

The Fundraising and Partnership coordinator will be responsible for: Sustaining and expanding strategic partnerships that support our existing programmes and organisational growth. Securing and growing income through a diverse portfolio of income streams including corporate partnerships, public donors, philanthropists, events and campaigns.

In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with corporate and community-based partners to increase fundraising opportunities whilst also identifying new relationships. An element of this role is to attend meetings, conferences, and events to promote Petrus and to support networking and fundraising opportunities.

The right fit

* An understanding of the issues faced by people who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness.
* Experience of building relationships and working collaboratively; using the principles of coproduction to support engagement with service users, staff, voluntary sector and corporate partners to engage in fundraising activities.
* Experience of organising fundraising events and campaigns.
* The ability to effectively record, monitor and report on targets against key performance indicators through a range of methods, including financial performance data, social value and the collection of case studies and testimonials.
* The ability to promote our services through a range of methods including networking events, public speaking and presentations.
* An understanding of legislation that supports charitable fundraising initiatives.

Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. We are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services in Rochdale and Oldham.
