The ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental or related sciences and a thorough understanding of EIA technical requirements. We support ongoing professional development through training and mentoring to maximise your talents.
Responsibilities:
* Leading environmental work coordination and delivery, including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management.
* Managing a team of environmental professionals and promoting high standards of environmental performance within multidisciplinary projects.
* Compiling and editing reports, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
* Managing client relationships professionally, supporting bid preparation, and developing new business areas.
* Engaging in CPD activities aligned with your professional institute’s requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree or Masters in environmental or science disciplines; Chartership mandatory.
* Significant postgraduate experience, preferably in consultancy and major infrastructure projects.
* Deep knowledge of the EIA process and technical expertise.
* Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams, strong report writing, presentation, and review skills.
* Ability to prioritize under pressure, communicate effectively, and adapt to new challenges, including working at various AtkinsRéalis or client locations.
