Carpenter - Maintenance & Repairs (Social Housing)
Location: Bristol

What you'll do
* Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks in residential properties
* Install and maintain windows, internal/external doors, and frames
* Carry out kitchen fitting and general joinery tasks
* Perform locksmith work, including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
* Install and repair various types of fencing (feather edge, chain link, panels)
* Conduct UPVC installations and servicing
* Accurately record job progress via mobile working tools or job sheets
* Work independently and efficiently within agreed timeframes
* Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and other trades
* Participate in out-of-hours emergency callouts as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative in maintenance
* Strong skills in both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
* Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
* Experience working in occupied homes and a good understanding of customer care
* Comfortable working independently and using a mobile device to update job progress
* Valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience in the social housing sector (desirable)
