As a Skills Marketing Executive in our Citizen Services team, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful marketing and communications that drive awareness, engagement and sales leads for our Skills team. Your work will directly support business growth through well-planned, multi-channel campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time and drive engagement. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for Citizen Services and colleagues across Serco to bring campaigns, events and communications to life. You’ll be entrusted to: Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns using email, social media, PPC campaigns, websites and face to face activity Create high-quality marketing content and copy, including promotional materials, presentations and campaign messaging, with strong attention to detail Support sales lead and demand generation activity through targeted marketing and communications campaigns and demonstrate the impact Arrange and support events, working in closely with external commercial teams including planning, promotion, on-the-day delivery and follow-up activity Manage campaign reporting by analysing data and performance, sharing insights to support continuous improvement Work collaboratively with colleagues across Serco to deliver public relations activity and ensure all communications align with brand guidelines Does this sound like you? You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have… Experience of digital campaign management, including lead generation, reporting and performance analysis Proven experience in a marketing-related role, with ability to create high quality content for use on multiple channels with copywriting as a core strength Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, both internally and externally Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Hands-on experience using digital tools, including email platforms, social media, PPC campaign management and websites to run and monitor campaigns Experience in customer journey mapping and good knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce marketing materials and presentations is desirable. You’ll also be comfortable preparing presentations and using data to inform decisions and suggest campaign improvements.
