Transfer Pricing Manager Location: London / Hybrid
A fast‑growing tax advisory firm is looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its expanding UK team. This is an opportunity to join a modern, non‑audit advisory firm working with large and listed businesses on complex international matters. You'll advise high‑profile clients on a range of transfer pricing issues, while working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Role
* Lead transfer pricing advisory projects for large and multinational businesses
* Design, implement and document global transfer pricing policies
* Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files and supporting economic analyses
* Advise on transfer pricing aspects of restructurings and supply chain transformations
* Support clients through enquiries, audits and dispute resolution processes
* Analyse developments in international tax reform, including BEPS and Pillar Two
* Collaborate with international colleagues on cross‑border engagements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Contribute to business development and proposal activity
* Coach and develop junior team members
* Help shape technology‑enabled and AI‑driven ways of working within the practice
Qualifications
* CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
* Strong technical transfer pricing knowledge and understanding of economic principles
* Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation
* Knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
* Experience advising large corporates or listed groups
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to simplify complex technical matters
* Experience managing projects and mentoring junior staff
