Senior AV Engineer

Your new role
As one of our Senior Engineers, you will support our team of expert installation and service engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to our high standards of engineering work, mentoring and coaching the team to support our drive for continued improvement and excellence in AV integration. You will work with our Engineering Management team, Chief Engineer and Project Managers to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest technical standards, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Help us grow and improve our engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Oversee the offsite prefabrication, and installation of AV systems into our customer sites.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
Assist with the development and implementation engineering best practices, processes, and documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team.
