PropCall are a specialist call handling service for the property management industry. We provide telephone answering services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the property sector, handling calls on their behalf 24/7.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Property Assistant is responsible for handling inbound calls & job tickets during the daytime operation between 9-5. The Property Assistant will be responsible for providing the highest-level of customer service, whilst ensuring each call and ticket is handled in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound calls, Emails and CRM tickets, tailoring each call to the needs of the individual client.
* Proactively processing each inbound call.
* Ensure all call notes are recorded accurately in a clear and informative manner.
* Present a professional company image on behalf of our clients.
* General customer service and administrative tasks.
Preferred Skills & Education:
* Experience within the customer service industry.
* Experience within the property industry.
