Customer Service Administrator

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in supporting our customers throughout their vehicle leasing journey. You will:

* Be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with their lease agreements.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
* Provide accurate and clear information, ensuring a "right first-time" approach.
* Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Handle a high volume of tasks and emails with precision and attention to detail.

Key Dimensions of the Role:

* Managing customer mailboxes and ensuring queries are resolved within 48 hours.
* Answering phone calls and responding to requests within agreed SLAs.
* Completing 55+ activities daily, ensuring tasks are prioritised efficiently.
* Using multiple systems and portals to manage workloads.
* Handling repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Strong attention to detail and experience handling a high volume of tasks.
* Comfortable using multiple systems, with the ability to navigate bespoke platforms confidently.
* Excellent multitasking skills, capable of switching between administrative tasks quickly.
* Strong written communication skills, able to deliver concise and friendly customer communications.
* Accuracy in updating internal systems and providing customers with clear updates.
