Solicitor – Commercial Property

Full Time – 37.5 hours (Hybrid working available)
Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be partnering an exceptional, full-service Law firm in the recruitment of a Solicitor for their Commercial Property team.
The successful candidate will work closely with and support senior fee earners on a wide range of matters in a department that covers all aspects of commercial property-related legal services and acts for a wide range of clients. Key responsibilities include:
* New leases and renewal leases
* Landlord & Tenant management work
* Commercial acquisitions and disposals
* Secured lending work
* Dealing with post-completion matters
* Dealing directly with solicitor and client enquiries
* Ensuring all client matter schedules are up to date and maintained
* Participating in and instigating business development activity
* Attending appropriate events / networking groups
* Undertaking a range of continuing professional development activities

To be considered for this role we expect your CV to demonstrate at least 6-12 months post qualified experience and an interest in real estate and the type of work carried out.
You will also be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.
