We're on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Production Team Leader to support a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site. If you've got production experience and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the perfect next step for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to hit daily targets
* Ensuring products are finished and packed to a high standard
* Overseeing the safe and efficient use of production machinery
* Supporting ingredient mixing in line with recipes and procedures
* Monitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards
* Training, guiding and motivating your team
* Keeping the workplace clean, safe and compliant
* Ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are always met
* Reporting issues and contributing to continuous improvements
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
* Supervisory or team leader experience (preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Great attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, xxuwjjq hands-on environment
* Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
