What You'll Deliver
1. Insight‑led monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasting for assigned departments
2. Strong support for budgeting, reforecasting, and business planning
3. Financial leadership on business cases, investment decisions, and new initiatives
4. Clear, meaningful KPI reporting to support cost control and performance
5. Trusted financial advice and interpretation for non‑finance stakeholders
6. Contribution to statutory accounts, governance, and compliance
7. Collaborative, group‑wide planning aligned to strategic objectives
8. Continuous improvement and innovation in financial practices
About You
9. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
10. Proven experience in financial business partnering
11. Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
12. Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
13. Experience within education, not‑for‑profit, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
