Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse based in North Wales Conwy & Denbighshire, youll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred end-of-life care. This role is exclusively for night shiftsworking three 9-hour shifts per weekproviding essential support and continuity of care during overnight hours.
Youll work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of patients and their loved ones. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion at the end of life.

The care and support we provide is highly valued by the people we care for and their loved ones, but at present we are only reaching around 10% of dying people at the end of life.Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness, do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives.

Job responsibilities
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 5 (aligned with AFC) £31,516 - £38,364 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent Night shifts, 27 hours per week
Based: Community Based North Wales Conwy & Denbighshire
