Very much a varied role taking on a multitude of duties and responsibilities so you must have strong communication skills coupled with management of your duties. Having proven experience of working in a very busy and active environment you will be tasked with carrying the following duties :- * Raising of invoices and accurate documents as well as drafting important correspondence, quotes and bill of materials * Important diary organisation of meetings etc * Provide the very best customer service/experience whomever visits the site and following up on any actions that may be required * All administrative duties, including, filling, post, emails and recording of important data * Actively log all deliveries in to the site * Ordering of stationary and parts for manufacturing whilst sourcing them from suppliers * You will also be liaising directly with the MD and as PA Skills/Experience:- * Highly IT literate * Excellent communications and organisational skills * Proficient in the use of all MS Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Excellent attention to detail and proven time management * Personable with a confident persona as as professional * Well focussed, hard working and yet flexible If you feel you have t...
