Salary: £16.68 per hour
Hours: On average 40 hours per week.
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00

About The Role
The Security Shift Manager will report directly to the Security Co-ordinator and will assist in the operational supervision of all staff engaged in security duties ensuring that Site Security and Safety procedures are always implemented and adhered to.
* Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
* Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
* Understanding the operation of access control systems, site CCTV & integrated systems.
* Staff rostering, holiday management, rotas, and schedules.
* Month end invoicing for payroll processing, payroll queries.
* Training and Training record management.
* Covering the Operations Support Manager in absence / holidays.
* Liaising with the client and senior management.
* KPI management.
* Confidential minute taking, data protection, safeguarding.
* On occasion to have flexibility with working hours, to meet the demands of the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Smart appearance.
* SIA Door Supervisor Licence essential.
* SIA CCTV Licence preferred but not essential (if not held to be willing to attain CCTV Licence)
* Own transport & Full UK Driving Licence.
* Management NVQ Level 3 minimum. (if not held to be willing to attain level 3 qualification)
* Administration experience, Microsoft based systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in Security Management.
* Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
* Familiarity with report writing.
* Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
* Flexible/Available at short notice.
