All tasks must be allocated fairly and completed. E nsure timely order picking, loading and unloading. Understand priority unloading and loading. Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, making sure stock is accurately recorded, labelled and in good order. Handle equipment checks (e.g., forklifts, scanners) and report malfunctions. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Follow and enforce warehouse procedures and SOPs. Ensure timely order picking, loading and unloading. Understand priority unloading and loading. Quickly address any issues such as inventory discrepancies, staff absences, or delays. Communicate clearly with shift supervisors, managers, and other departments. What You Bring: Skills : Basic level of English and Maths required for the role, both written and spoken with good communication skills. Be punctual, consistent, and dependable.
