Field Sales Executive – Exeter
Join Deliveroo as a Field Sales Executive in Exeter. Work within the Regional UK and Ireland team to sign up the best restaurants in the city and surrounding regions, reporting to the Regional Manager.
The role
You’ll build relationships with new restaurant partners, improving our proposition for customers and identifying ways to accelerate fast growth. A valid driving licence and a car are required; you must be comfortable traveling to different areas in and around Exeter.
What you’ll be doing
* Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in a very organised fashion.
* Communicate (physical visits, emails, calls, and social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.
* Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is quick, efficient and seamless.
* Ensure restaurant success within the first eight weeks from signing.
* Sample food from a variety of high-quality establishments.
* Attend restaurant and food meet‑ups.
KPIs
* Number of restaurants signed each month.
* Performance of restaurants signed in the first 3 months.
Required skills & qualifications
* Comfortable targeting new business and hunting hidden gems.
* Experienced negotiator capable of structuring win‑win deals.
* Commercially knowledgeable with understanding of the economics of food delivery for restaurants and Deliveroo.
* Excellent communication skills for face‑to‑face, phone and email interaction.
* Ownership mindset and ability to work within demanding targets.
* Interest in all things food and restaurants.
* Tenacious and motivated.
