The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving measurable revenue growth and client acquisition within the renewable energy recruitment sector. By developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, the role strengthens brand positioning, generates high-quality leads, and wins new accounts. This position is central to demonstrating marketing's direct contribution to business growth while supporting the clean energy transition.
Responsibilities
* Drive measurable revenue growth by developing and executing targeted marketing and account-based campaigns that generate at least £70K+ in attributable annual revenue.
* Develop and implement client acquisition strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and bespoke materials, to win high-value accounts in the renewable energy sector.
* Create thought leadership and industry-focused content (e.g., insights, surveys, case studies, reports) to position the business as an expert partner.
* Support business development by conducting client research, building intelligence profiles, and producing compelling pitch and proposal materials.
* Manage the company website to optimise user experience, increase lead generation, and implement conversion strategies that turn enquiries into revenue.
* Execute SEO and email marketing strategies to increase visibility, engage target audiences, and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Enhance consultants' personal branding and visibility through LinkedIn optimisation, content creation, and securing speaking and thought‑leadership opportunities.
* Track and report on marketing performance, lead conversion, and revenue attribution, using analytics to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years' experience, ideally in a startup or early‑stage recruitment agency environment.
* Knowledge or interest in the renewable energy sector.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent both clients and candidates professionally.
* Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress and Webflow, or similar, with ability to make design and functionality changes.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.

* Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus commission.
