 
        
        We are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor in our E&M division on a full-time permanent basis.
Overview
The Site Supervisor role is to supervise field-based staff to ensure DSEAR Compliance projects are progressed safely, timely, and cost-effectively. The role is central to ensuring that customer requirements are fully satisfied and to continually develop and improve project communication and performance.
Responsibilities
 * Contribute and support effective management of DSEAR Compliance projects, deliverables and actions, including early planning for commissioning, handover and final acceptance.
 * Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the project delivery process.
 * Manage programme interfaces and coordinate third‑party stakeholders.
 * Manage the Health & Safety process and ensure adherence across the site.
 * Manage daily operations, ensuring project timescales are met safely.
 * Report daily/weekly to Delivery Manager and Project Manager on key progress, issues and concerns.
 * Ensure projects are completed to quality standards and client expectations.
 * Identify and allocate skilled resources for construction and commissioning.
 * Oversee and manage construction and commissioning risks, initiating corrective action where necessary.
Qualifications
 * 2–3 years supervisory experience in engineering or a similar industry.
 * Experience with DSEAR or compliance regulations.
 * Knowledge of the water or wastewater industry is beneficial.
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the country.
