Interim Litigation Counsel:
We’re partnering with a leading embedded finance FinTech that’s reshaping the future of financial services. They’re seeking an experienced Interim Litigation Counsel to join their dynamic legal team and play a pivotal role in managing consumer litigation.
This is an opportunity where you’ll work closely with the General Counsel to manage and develop the financial consumer litigation function, including improving internal complaints processes and coordinating external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refine and maintain standardised templates for complaint responses and litigation documentation
* Oversee a focused portfolio of consumer-related disputes across the UK and EU jurisdictions
* Deliver clear, practical advice on litigation and dispute resolution to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to shape and execute litigation strategies
Job Details:
* ASAP start date
* Initial 3 month contract, potential to extend
* Hybrid working in London – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
* Candidate must be 5–10 PQE with financial services consumer litigation experience
