Job Role: Weekend Support Worker (Supported Housing)
075 per year (full-time equivalent £25,235)
Contract type: Permanent
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
Standard working days are Saturday and Sunday
As a Weekend Support Worker, you'll be providing vital support to individuals with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs.
Based across four properties, you'll help residents maintain their tenancies and work towards greater independence. This is a hands-on, person-centred role where you'll build strong, trusting relationships and support clients in a meaningful and consistent way. Working in close partnership with the weekday Support Worker, you'll ensure continuity of care and play a key part in each individual's journey toward a more stable future.
Building strong partnerships with local agencies
Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work
