We are seeking a German-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support commercial and technology contracting within a multinational business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, on-premise software, and platform agreements.
* Support public sector contracting for technology solutions across the EU, UK, and Germany.
* Work with internal stakeholders on commercial and procurement-related matters.
Jurisdictional Exposure:
Germany, England & Wales, Benelux, Nordics, and France.
Requirements:
* German-qualified lawyer with experience in commercial or technology contracts.
* Fluent German language skills required.
* Experience with SaaS agreements and public sector procurement is advantageous.
