Telesales Executive
Location: Essex, Epping
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Per annum
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, a growing Unified Comms and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.
As Telesales Executive you will play a vital part in their sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.
Job Duties:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone
3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
4. Updating customer information in the database during and after each call
5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
6. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Required Qualifications:
7. Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role
8. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
11. Familiarity with CRM software
If successful you can expect a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 depending on the experience you can offer, along with the opportunity to earn fantastic commission, and progress your sales career within an established, growing Technology business.
