Position Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients as they transition to our subscription-based services. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, addressing their technical needs, and facilitating the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing personalised support and guidance.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
* Collaborate with the development team to address client issues and recommend product solutions.
* Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
* Keep clients informed about new product features, enhancements, and best practices.
* Work closely with our marketing team to develop and deliver client-facing materials, including product videos and documentation.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
* Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts.
* Experience or familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, Java etc is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Location:
This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person client meetings in London.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of £60k per year, with commission incentives tied to upselling within existing accounts.
