Hilary loves socialising and is looking to recruit a confident Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and support her in her own home. The ideal candidate should be able to hold strong boundaries while also engaging in fun activities. Hilary enjoys staying active and interacting with others, requiring someone who can provide positive encouragement and enthusiasm in daily life.

Contract Hours: 30 hours per week, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.

Essential requirements:

* This position has a "genuine occupational requirement" under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975; therefore, only female applications are requested.
* You must have a full UK driving licence.

Hilary is sociable and enjoys being out, often using her mobility vehicle to visit places or spend time at home watching soaps or using her iPad. She appreciates having a plan for her day and values her relationships, especially with her sister.

We seek someone with some leadership experience or looking to progress. The Senior Support Worker should be forward-thinking, confident in assisting the team, and capable of supporting Hilary’s independence and daily living skills. You will provide emotional and health support, advocate for Hilary, and help her explore new opportunities and friendships.

Hilary values safety, rules, and boundaries, and takes pride in her appearance and home. She has faced challenging times and needs team members who understand and can support her through difficulties.
