Position Details
* Band 5 Community Staff Nurse
* Hours: 37 hours per week, weekend cover required due to service demands.
* Location: Upper Marr Community Nursing Team – covering Huntly and Alford bases
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated Community Nurse to work within the Upper Marr Community Nursing Team. The team is committed to delivering high-quality nursing care to the local community as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership. The post holder will have the ability to work across all four Upper Marr Community Nurse bases as per service requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and person-centred care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with confidence in lone working and community care experience.
Requirements
* Full current driver’s licence and access to a car (pool car may be available for visits).
* Ability to work across multiple bases as required.
