PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE ADMINISTRATOR
West Wallasey Car Hire Ltd is one of the largest vehicle rental companies in the UK, with a fleet of about 20,000 vehicles based in Wallasey on the Wirral Peninsula.
We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented administrator to join our Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Team. In a fast‑paced environment the successful candidate will manage all incoming PCNs, speeding fines, congestion charges and parking violations across the vehicle fleet, ensuring timely processing, accurate record keeping and effective communication with customers and local authorities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming PCN information and related fines.
* Ensuring accurate record keeping and timely processing of all penalty notices.
* Communicating with customers and local authorities regarding penalties.
* Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
