Where does this role fit in?
The Pobl Trust Coordinator sits within Pobl Group, supporting the Chair of the Trust and working alongside colleagues in communications, marketing, and finance. You'll be the central point of contact for all Pobl Trust activity.
Your work will directly contribute to how Pobl Trust supports local projects, from youth initiatives to wellbeing programmes. Helping to build better, more connected communities.

What skills and experience do you need?
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, people- focused environment. You'll bring great organisation skills, confidence with IT, be comfortable handling financial transactions and tracking budget and have a proactive approach to keeping everything on track and be. You'll be a clear communicator with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and working inclusively with others.
If you have experience creating marketing materials, supporting social media or websites, organising events or projects, or adding a creative spark to admin tasks, that's a fantastic bonus (but not essential). What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and drive to make a positive impact.
What are the pay and benefits?
Time off and Flexibility
* The role can be carried out flexibly over the week, except for the requirements to attend already organised Trust meetings.
* 26 days holiday, plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service (Pro Rata)
* Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
* Paternity Leave: 3 weeks
* Hybrid Working: Your base will be the nearest head office- Newport, Cardiff, or Swansea.

* This is a maternity cover role for 18.5 hours per week for 12months, starting from 1st February 2026. Exact Salary is £12,142, FTE is £24,284
* Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or, Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.
