Pay: Up to £40,000 - £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–1:00pm
Location: Kidderminster
I’m supporting a well-established manufacturing business that, due to continued growth and focus on operational excellence, is looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager. This role will lead and further develop Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
As the QHSE Manager, you’ll take ownership of quality management systems, health & safety compliance, and environmental processes. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, production teams, and external bodies to ensure products meet internal standards, customer specifications, and all UK legal and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role with regular site presence and travel, playing a key part in driving best practice and continuous improvement.

Own and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation through risk assessments and investigations.
Drive environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives, including ISO 14001 activities.
Produce QHSE reports, KPIs, and improvement plans for senior management.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Must have delivered this work in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and ISO standards
Proven QHSE or Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading audits, investigations, and root cause analysis.
Confident communicator able to influence at all organisational levels.
