We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. What you'll bring to the role

We're looking for a candidate with a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or a related field, such as a degree in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or Autism Studies. You should have experience carrying out behavioural assessments and designing, implementing, and reviewing effective interventions for individuals who may display behaviours of concern.

You will bring hands‑on experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, along with a solid understanding of key frameworks such as the Mental Health Act (1983), safeguarding, and risk management. Strong leadership skills are important, alongside the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports and maintain high-quality records. Experience in delivering PBS training and a proven track record of reducing restrictive practices will be highly valued.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are also essential.
