We are looking for an experienced and motivated practitioner to join our Adult Services team as an Assistant Team Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide leadership, support, and guidance to a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
Working alongside and deputising for the Team Manager, you’ll ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, services meet statutory duties, and practice reflects our vision and values. You’ll help shape service delivery, champion best practice, and make sure our work is trauma-informed and responsive to individual needs.
You’ll work alongside the Team Manager to lead and inspire social workers, occupational therapists, and social care staff. From supervising complex caseloads to managing budgets and chairing multi-agency meetings, you’ll ensure our service is responsive, trauma-informed, and meets statutory duties.

You will work 18.5 hours per week.
You must hold a relevant Social Work or Occupational Therapy qualification and be registered with the HCPC or SSSC.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
