As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facilities, including but not limited to, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, and health & safety. You will ensure that the facility is running smoothly at all times and that all safety standards and regulations are met.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all facility maintenance and repair needs are met promptly and efficiently
* Manage the safety of the building and grounds, including the implementation of safety procedures and regulations
* Develop and implement security protocols to protect the facility and its contents
* Manage and coordinate the activities of the facility staff
* Develop and manage the facility budget
* Ensure that the facility is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in Mantenance Management, Engineering, or related field
* 1+ years of experience in maintemance management or a related field
* Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
