Finance Analyst
Location: Ealing (Hybrid working, with some office attendance required)
Salary: £50,000-£56,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Fixed term for 12 months, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
* Develop and evaluate business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and scenario modelling
* Partner with project teams to assess the financial impact of change initiatives
* Produce high-quality, insight-driven reporting to support senior stakeholders and executive decision‑making
* Support the delivery of transformation projects, often acting in a Finance Analyst capacity across multiple workstreams
* Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Contribute to performance and efficiency initiatives, including value-for-money analysis where relevant
* Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business to gather information and provide financial challenge
* Present financial insights clearly and persuasively to senior leaders
About you
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent experience in a finance role
* Strong experience in financial modelling and business case development
* Commercial mindset, with the ability to evaluate investment decisions and drive value
* Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with complex data
* Experience producing clear, insight‑led outputs for senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in project‑based or transformation environments
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
* Proactive and resilient, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
* Collaborative approach, with experience working cross‑functionally
