Behaviour Mentor – SEMH (Additionally Resourced Provision) Posts Available: 2 Contract: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: ASAP Salary: Approx. £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Bexley, South-East London A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bexley is seeking two experienced Behaviour Mentors to join their Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Additionally Resourced Provision. This specialist provision supports pupils with complex SEMH needs who require a highly structured, nurturing and consistent environment to thrive. These are two permanent, full-time positions, and proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour is essential. The Role: Behaviour Mentor – SEMH As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work as part of a skilled and supportive team, providing targeted support to pupils with significant social, emotional and behavioural needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to regulate emotions, re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.
