Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

3. Provide administrative support to the customer service team in Worthing.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
5. Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.
6. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
