* Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-3:30pm
* Friday: 7:30am-1:15pm
?? Contract: 12-week temporary role, with potential to move to a fixed-term contract for the right candidate

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to take charge of a dedicated team maintaining parks, landscaped areas, and specialist horticultural spaces. If you're passionate about horticulture and enjoy working outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
? Lead and motivate a grounds maintenance team
? Liaise with local authority officers, stakeholders, and the public
? Oversee landscape improvement projects and specialist horticultural areas
? Maintain shrubs, hedges, trees, and ornamental planting
? Operate and maintain vehicles, plant, and equipment safely
? Ensure health and safety compliance at all times
What We're Looking For:
? Strong horticultural knowledge and hands-on experience
? Leadership and team management skills
? PA1 & PA6 chemical application certification
? IT skills for reporting and record-keeping
? Full UK driving licence
