Manage the end-to-end leavers process, including acknowledging resignations, liaising with managers to capture feedback and learning outcomes, updating HR systems, and archiving records. Produce accurate HR reports for Business Partner meetings, analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, risks, and areas of concern.
