An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Youth Development Phase (U12-U16) Academy Coach to join our Academy Coaching Department. We are looking for experienced, dynamic and innovative individual’s, who will be responsible for working as part of our coaching team to primarily support an age group but may also be asked to work across other age groups where required. The successful candidate will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in line with our playing and coaching philosophies. Manage and support the players alongside a co-coach during fixtures. They will also be required to liaise with other Part-Time and Full-Time staff as well as complete all off-pitch activities to deadlines. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a desire and enthusiasm for their own development. About The Candidate Essential UEFA B Licence (minimum requirement) FA Youth Award with assessment FA Level 2 EFAiF (First aid level 2) FA Safeguarding Qualification Have a flexible approach to work. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all time. Friendly, well organized with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work. A commitment to continuing professional development.
