Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time, Immediate Start
Do you have a passion for helping children succeed? We are looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Poole.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting pupils aged 5–12 years with mild learning difficulties (MLD) and autism spectrum needs (ASD) in a primary setting.

About the Role
* Position: Learning Support Assistant
* Location: Poole
* Hours: 8.45am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential for permanent opportunities
* Start Date: Immediate
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance that helps pupils engage with learning and build confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.
