Main Responsibilities
* Oversee pharmacist and clinic scheduling, ensuring cover for annual leave to maintain service continuity.
* Lead training for new pharmacists, technicians, and colleagues delivering the Weight Management service.
* Maximise service availability.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, improve patient retention, and identify cross-sell and partnership opportunities.
* Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis.
* Monitor pricing models to ensure competitiveness.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to engage existing patients, acquire new ones, and design win-back strategies.
* Support remote pharmacist teams, optimise appointment scheduling, and manage patient flow.
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of CRM platforms and digital tools.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, uphold patient safety, and conduct regular audits.
* Track clinic and patient performance metrics, manage costs, and work with the Pharmacy team on stock levels.
* Partner with suppliers like Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk to unlock growth opportunities.
