Summary of the Procurement Coordinator role Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum Location: Leighton Buzzard Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday Responsibilities of the Procurement Coordinator * Subcontractor management. * Vendor creation. * Provide, expedite new, used, exchange and subcontract materials. * Procurement of spare parts. * Monitoring and progressing delivery with vendors. * Raise purchase orders. Requirements for a successful Procurement Coordinator * Previous procurement and materials management experience. * A degree within a relevant subject or qualified by experience. * Strong working knowledge and experience of SAP. * Proficiency in Excel with all-around good IT skills. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Strong organisational skills.
